1. My uncle once: pulled me out of the El Dorado duckpond. I'd fallen in while crossing the stepping stones. I was there with just my aunt and uncle and I'm positive that my aunt was worried about what my folks would think.
2. Never in my life: would I have guessed I'd end up here.
3. When I was five: my dad was my favorite person. Still is. I wish I lived closer so I could hang out with my dad. He taught me a lot. Funny thing is, I've had to forget it, then remember it again, to know how valuable it all is.
4. High school was: confusing and largely forgettable.

19. By this time next year: I plan to be lighter. Lighter weight, light debt, lighter humor.

21. I have a hard time understanding: intolerant people.
22. If I ever go back to school, I’ll: get a master's in human resources.
23. You know I like you if: I tell you about my blog, or leave you comments on yours.
24. If I ever won an award, the first person I would thank would be: whoever helped me win.
25. Take my advice, never: carry credit card debit.
26. My ideal breakfast is: my dad's ultra-thick pancakes.

28. If you visit my hometown, I suggest you: skip the Queen Mary, see the Aquarium.
29. Why won’t people: do what they know is right?
30. If you spend a night at my house: seriously, make yourself at home. If I invited you to stay, you're not a guest, you're family.
31. I’d stop my wedding for: a ringing cell phone. I'd stop, turn, point, and tell the phone's owner to get the eff out.
32. The world could do without: Pat Robertson and people like him.
33. I’d rather lick the belly of a cockroach than: work in health insurance again.
34. My favourite blonde(s) is/are: Hoot
35. Paper clips are more useful than: brads.
36. If I do anything well it’s: procrastinate.
37. I can’t help but: think I Could Have It So Much Better
38. I usually cry: because I don't know how to better manage feelings that range beyond neutral.
39. My advice to my child/nephew/niece: don't be a nuisance. Not just when you're young. Always.
